Harvest:by hand, with transport of grapes in small steel containers
Fermentation:on the skins, grapes separated from stems the same day they are harvested.

Aging of wine: 12 months in steel, 24 months in large 20 hectoliter oak barrels, 12 months minimum in bottle
Characteristics: dry and soft, aromas of vanilla, juniper, and minerals

Note:
Bottling took place at the end of September 2008,
at about thirty-six months after harvest.
Later, after a rest period of approximately
twelve months in the bottle, began making deliveries.
The year 2005 may be considered of "High quality"
to have formed in excellent weather conditions,
"rich" in the organoleptic composition,
"matures slowly and, as always, in the absence of any stabilization force,
"ready" to four years,
has all the characteristics to be drunk at best, even at 15/20 years.
