Note:
This wine was bottled at the end of September 2003, 2 years after the harvest date. The wine was left to rest in the bottle for another 4 months, sheltered from light and sound, and was released for sale in Feburary 2004. It is a wine that will mature slowly, but can also be drunk now, at 48 months of age. This full bodied wine, rich in organic matter, from the 'good year' that was 2001, was slowly stablilized in the winery without the introduction of foreign elements or stabilizers, which should allow it to age for another 8-10 years, given proper care and storage.
