Note: During this harvest of 2005, we chose the best of the Vineyards Young with 100% grape of the Indigenous variety of Montefalco. Born in good weather, the harvest has started in the 1st week of October awaiting best natural aging. Relying on the nature, we have avoided the'utilizzo sulphiting forced, in order to preserve what still the originality of the grape.
